Prices and VAT

• All prices displayed on the site include Swedish VAT. When logged in, a customer who shall not pay VAT in Sweden will notice that on check-out page VAT is removed in the total order sum.
• We apply bracket (tiered) pricing. When buying 10 copies or more of the same article (article number) you will automatically receive discount.
• Customers approved for special discounts (retailers) will see their discount in check-out. 

Shipping

Shipping costs are displayed in cart and in check-out, and are based on the weight of the order, what country the delivery will be sent to, and what type of customer is making the purchase. For example, a company customer will ususally receive DPD shipping and private customer via regular mail. 

Payment

Private customers always pay by credit card immediately at purchase. We can't handle payment details recieved by mail. Company customers can generally choose to pay by invoice, due for payment within 30 days. We do not accept cheques.

Complaints

Complaints regarding damaged goods, or incorrect contents of shipment, should be made as soon as possible and within two months of receiving the items. Always contact Gehrmans Musikförlag before returning any items.
