Erik Westberg: I love the dissonances in The Cloud of Unknowing by Carl Unander-Scharin

Ever since he studied for legendary Eric Ericson at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Erik Westberg has loved to commission new choral music. The Cloud of Unknowing by Carl Unander-Scharin is the latest piece to be recorded by Erik Westberg's Vocal Ensemble. Vocally challenging, polytonal, dissonant and wonderful – Erik Westberg takes us to his study and the recording studio to tell us why he loves it.
